Located conveniently on the main roadway in the Hanover area, highway #4, Mighton Funeral Home Ltd. is easily found by all. Parking is available on the main street, as well as in the parking lot at the rear of the building.

Completely handicap accessible, a gracious foyer welcomes visitors. The 'heritage' theme of the original 'turn-of-the-century-home', around which the funeral home was built, is carried on throughout. There are four visitation rooms, which also serve as the chapel area. A closed circuit camera in the main east chapel area allows all to view the funeral service from a large TV in the west chapel.

The main floor also offers washrooms and a private lounge area for nursing moms, or for children who wish to watch videos. This room is conveniently located immediately adjacent to the visitation rooms and also serves as a 'private' get-away for distressed family members.

Completing the main floor is a sitting room for families to gather prior to a funeral service. In addition, an office is centrally located for the convenience of those wishing to place donations, make funeral arrangements, etc. On behalf of the many charitable organizations and as a service to the general public we will place acknowledgement cards and accept payment to the charity of your choice.

The basement houses a large arrangement/computer office and selection room. The selection room displays a variety of wood and metal caskets and numerous styles of urns. This level is wheelchair accessible as well.

Immediately adjacent to the funeral home, is a separate lunch facility. This 'home' offers the privacy families are so deserving of, in a 'warm' and welcoming setting, with the convenience of simply going 'next door' after a funeral. Kitchen facilities, washroom and 'casual' dining areas complete the 'home away from home'. A large outdoor covered porch serves as a conversation area during appropriate seasons. Rental of the facility and the hiring of caterers can be arranged by the funeral director. A maximum of 50 to 60 can be served in this location.
