Milford Wilken, of Hanover passed away at Hanover and District Hospital, Hanover on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 to be reunited with Doris in Heaven. He was 95.

Born on May 20, 1922 in Brant Township to the late Norman and Emma (nee Cords) Wilken. Milford was a farmer and worked at Canada Packers for 33 years.

Loved father of Wayne (Nancy) Wilken of R#1 Elmwood, Brad Wilken (Dawn MacKay) of R#3 Walkerton, Darlene Gross (friend Duane Snyder) of Hanover and Joan (Rob) Moorehouse of Cambridge. Grandfather of Jeff (Nicole), Christopher (Kalie), Jenna (Josh), Mark (Candace), Brooke (Tim), Cody (Ashlee), Billy and great grandfather of Emma, Mila, Kylie, Lily, Aria, Ava, Eli, Layla, Olivia and Nevaeh. Remembered by his nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by his beloved wife Doris (nee Witte), son in infancy, brother Eldon (Isabel) Wilken and sister Merelda (Melvin) Wedow.

Visitation will be held at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover, on Friday, December 22, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm  A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 11:00 am, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church-Brant Township. Rev. Hannes Aasa officiating and Dwayne Hachman will be the organist. Interment in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery, Brant Township.

Memorial donations to the Hanover & District Hospital Foundation or to St. Peter's Lutheran Church - Brant Township were appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
