Arthur Pries, of Hanover, passed away at Hanover and District Hospital, on Wednesday, January 11, 2012. He was  91.

Survived by wife Oleda (Willfang) Pries of Hanover, son Leroy Pries of Hanover, daughters Leona (Warren) Weppler of Ayton, Karen (Ken) Toman of Elmwood, grandchildren Clark, Connie, Carman, Crystal, step-grandchildren Nicolas, Jeremy, Ryan, greatgrandchildren Charlene, Natasha, Daniel, Kayla, Owen, Lachlan and Joshua.  Also survived by 2 brothers-in-law and 7 sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by daughter Sheila, brothers Egmont, Clayton "Bob", Nelson, Harvey, sister Mabel Schaus, Cora Schindel and Adeline Bender.

Visitation will be held at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover, on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 pm.  

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at 11:00 am, at St. Matthew's Ev. Lutheran Church, Hanover.

Spring Interment in Lauderbach Cemetery.

Memorial donations to the Hospital for Sick Children or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
