Alleene Lambertus, of Hanover, passed away peacefully at The Village Seniors Community on Sunday, March 25, 2018. She was 96.

Born in Brant Township daughter of the late Louis and Josephine (Wehenkel) Lambertus. Alleene was a R.N.A. at the Hanover and District Hospital and with Dr. Hurley's office for 14 years until retiring.

Survived by her nephews Ronald (Cecilia) Beckberger of Costa Rica, and Kenneth Beckberger (Jan Tennison) of Port Perry. Loved by her great nieces and nephews, David, Joseph, Carla, Kevin, and Miranda. Dearly missed by her close friends, Helena Morley and Irene Uhlig both of Hanover. Predeceased by sisters Edith Beckberger, Viola Lambertus, Eleanor Cowan and brothers Jerome "Romie", Herbert and Clayton Lambertus.

A Graveside Service will be held at Holy Family Cemetery, Hanover on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 2 pm. Father Gary Schlack officiating. Interment in the Lambertus Family Plot.
