Keith Dailey

Keith Dailey, of Hanover, passed away peacefully at Chapman House in Owen Sound on Friday, July 29, 2022, in his 87th year.

Born on January 31, 1936 in Elderslie Township to the late Homer & Hazel (nee Jones) Dailey. Keith had a long and rewarding career in various industries, including Canada Packers, Department of Transportation, and he was also an entrepreneur starting his own wholesale business "KB Dailey Sales".  Keith was also very generous with his spare time, volunteering for various organizations such as the Boy Scouts organization in Clifford, and with various nursing homes in his community with his wife Wilma.

Survived by loving wife Wilma (nee Armstrong), and sons Dean of Burlington and Murray (Dianne) of Mount Forest. Cherished grandfather of Laura, Melanie, Kyle (Melissa), Lindsay (Josh), Alyssa (Colin), and Cole (Anna), and great-grandfather of 7. Fondly remembered by sister Maude (Nelson) Jenings of East Linton, as well as Wilma’s siblings, and many nieces, nephews, and their families. Predeceased by sisters Eleanor Thompson and June Benedict-Porter.

A Memorial Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at 11am, at Grace United Church, Hanover, followed by a time for fellowship and sharing of memories and support during a luncheon.  The family requests that those in attendance at the service please wear a facemask for the safety of everyone. Rev. Doug Kaufman officiating. Inurnment at a later date in Memory Gardens Cemetery, Breslau, Ontario. 

Memorial donations to the Grace United Church, or Chapman House - Residential Hospice of Grey-Bruce would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
