Annie Edith Earngey, of Hanover, passed away peacefully at Hanover Care Centre, Hanover on Monday, June 2, 2025 after just celebrating her 103rd birthday.
Annie was born in Gorrie, Ontario to the late Jim and Edith (nee Goldsmith) Anger. Annie was a War Bride and worked as a housekeeper at various Hotels. She was a quiet determined woman that loved her family.
Loved by her devoted daughter Jo-Anne Barnard of Hanover. Dear Nana of Rhianna and great nana of Justice, Taylor, Jessie and Cheyonnia. She was fortunate enough to be able to enjoy having great great grandchildren; Bentley, Adelaide, Miriam, Winston and Giovanni. Predeceased by her parents, husband Joseph, and sister Helen (Morris) Hiusser.
Family and friends are invited to a Visitation held at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover, on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 from 2-3:30 pm.
Private family interment in Hanover Cemetery, alongside her husband Joseph.
Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
