

Dorothy Grace Pohlman (nee Brant), of Hanover, passed away peacefully at The Village Senior's Community in Hanover on Friday, October 17, 2025. She was 90.
Born in Brant Township on May 30, 1935 to the late Thomas and Flossie (nee Cosens) Brant. Dorothy will be remembered for her many years working at Bentinck Packers. She always had a strong work ethic and loved to support her employer’s teams whether it was baseball for the kids or other community functions. She was a member of the Missionary Church in Hanover and will be missed by the congregation.
Survived by son David Pohlman of Hanover. Loved grandmother Zachariah (Aleesha Brown), Gabe, and Zoe. She will be remembered by her friend Joanne Kirkvaag. Predeceased by her parents and sister Shirley Densmore.
To honour her wishes, cremation has taken place with a private family service at Hanover Cemetery at a later date.

Aunt Dorothy loved to laugh and have fun. It was always great to spend time with her. I have a lot of great childhood memories sharing Christmases, birthdays ,and holidays with her. Please accept our condolences Dave, to you and your family. Aunt Dorothy will be missed .
