Dear Rob, Anita, Derek, Amanda and Michael. Please accept our deepest condolences on the passing of your Mom/Mother-in-Law/Grandmother. We will remember her as a very dear and treasured Aunt who over the years became a great example for many of us. Very proud that she was our Aunt.
Yes, she could tell the best stories, engage in spirited conversation, make you laugh and cook, and bake up a storm but she also knew that when she was in a hard place how to handle it with determination, grace and dignity. It was an honour to speak with her before her passing. Freda will truly be missed by so many but will live on in our hearts and memories. Rest in peace Aunt Freda.

How wonderful that Aunt Freda was able to pass on her own terms. She was such a fun person! She loved to laugh, and was always up for a good story, either telling her own or listening and giggling to someone else's. Aunt Freda, you will be missed. Rob and Anita, you and your family are in my heart, along with the many cherished memories of your mom.

My condolences to the Family you are in my thoughts and prayers. Alfreda will be missed by so many who knew her well. I enjoyed her company as I grew up beside her being she was my neighbor from my childhood out at Marl Lake and I still caught up with her while out walking when she had moved into town. She always had a warm smile and great conversationalist. She loved to chat with me and was wonderful to be around! God Bless...

I cherish the memory and my friendship with Alfreda. Having talked on the telephone with Alfreda when she was in the Hanover and District Hospital, I know Alfreda was suffering. Thankfully Alfreda is no longer in pain.

Alfreda was a devoted member of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church and I fondly remember when Alfreda and Inez McLean would help at the church's rummage sale.

Rest in peace, dear Alfreda, I know you will be deeply missed by your son, grandchildren and sisters. It was a privilege to know you.

Sincerely and sent with love,
Diana

She loved a game of euchre"a great opponent and super partner.
