

Phyllis Patricia Mann, (nee Heeney) of Hanover, passed away peacefully at Hanover and District Hospital on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. She was 92.
Daughter of the late Leo and Regina (nee Olheiser) Heeney. She was a lifelong resident of Hanover and served her community as a Registered Nurse with the Hanover & District Hospital. She and her husband Don enjoyed many years of golf in the sunny south. She will be fondly remembered for her love of her family and known for her sharp wit. She could always make you laugh. Her kindness will be forever remembered.
Survived by her daughter Karen and her husband Doug Karn of Hanover, grandson Shawn and his wife Mary Jane, and granddaughter Angela and her husband Matt Sims. Adored by her great grandchildren Hudson, Jordyn, Weston and Desiray. Fondly remembered by her brother Dale and his wife Penny Heeney and nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her loving husband Don Mann and brothers Mervyn and Kenneth Heeney.
Visitation will be held at Grace United Church, Hanover, on Saturday, April 18, 2026 from 10 am until 10:45 am. A Funeral Service will commence at 11:00 am. Pastor Jenn Brown officiating. Interment in Hanover Cemetery.
Memorial donations to the Grace United Church or to the Hanover Library would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.mightonfuneralhome.ca
