Helmut Schwarz, of Hanover, passed away at Hanover and District Hospital, Hanover on Friday, July 18, 2025. He was 78.
Born in Germany on November 7, 1946 to the late Horst and Lydia (nee Bretzke) Schwarz. Helmut was a hard worker and operated his own business. He loved being a Stone Mason and was proud of his German Heritage.
Survived by son Shane Schwarz of Hanover and his grandchildren. Fondly remembered by his sister in law Susan Schwarz and brother in law Dieter Krautwurst. He will be missed by his nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by his beloved wife Sharon (nee Godfrey), his son Tony and his brother Gerhart and sister Brunhilde.
A Private Family Graveside Service will be held at the Hanover Cemetery Pastor Lyndsay McGregor officiating.
